By using PaperChaser, you agree to these terms. If you are using PaperChaser on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Service description
PaperChaser provides tools for professionals to request and collect documents from clients. We are not a legal, financial, or compliance service.
Acceptable use
You may use PaperChaser to collect documents, answers, and approvals from your clients. You may not use PaperChaser to:
- —Send unsolicited messages to people who have not agreed to receive them
- —Collect documents for illegal purposes
- —Impersonate another individual or organization
- —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to PaperChaser's systems
Your content
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to PaperChaser. By using the service, you grant PaperChaser a limited license to store and transmit your content for the purpose of delivering the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any documents you collect through PaperChaser.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data and is incorporated into these terms.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period are issued at our discretion.
Disclaimer of warranties
PaperChaser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
PaperChaser's liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination to allow you to export it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
